Can I call to place an order?

As much as we’d love to talk to you, we only accept orders through our website at the moment. We believe this is the best method to do it as the system will be able to accurately capture your order, thus minimizing any errors. That said, you may enquire about the product in the “Ask a question” section and we will answer your question via email!

Can I place my order online and collect it in at your store?

We are a purely online store that does not have a physical store and only do deliveries. We also do not offer cash-on-delivery option.

How do I know if my online order has been successful?

We’ll be sure to let you know! Do expect a confirmation email containing your order number and details in your inbox soon after your order is placed.

How can I amend or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once orders are placed, they are not amendable or refundable. You may contact us if there is an issue with your order, we’ll assist you as best as we can!

How do I make the payment?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, via Stripe Payment. Do let us know if you have any issues!

Why has my order been cancelled?

Oh no, we’re sorry that this happened! It could be due to unsuccessful payment, stock issue, or a technical error on our website. Let us have a look at what could possibly be the issue for you. Please contact us at admin@mumchecked.com so we could assist you with it ASAP.

I do not have a Paypal account nor a credit/debit card. Can I pay via bank transfer/cash deposit/cash via mail?

Sorry, we currently do not offer that option. We’ll be sure to keep you posted if there’s any changes in the future!

How do I place an order?

Yay, we’re so excited to see what you’re getting your hands on! To order, you can head to your desired product’s page, click Add To Cart and continue shopping for more items. If you are ready to purchase and do not wish to find other things, you may click Buy Now and you will be directed to your Shopping Cart where you can proceed to checkout right away. You may modify the quantity of your items both on the product page as well as in your shopping cart. Happy shopping!

How do I claim the warranty for the product I purchased?

Kindly fill in the ‘Contact Us’ form to claim your warranty. You are required to provide your invoice number, name, contact number, and email address along with a picture of the product.
